Veterinary clinics and hospitals, diagnostic and research laboratories, shelters and rescues, breeders and pharmacies. You apply on behalf of an organisation rather than as an individual, and you become that organisation's first administrator.

Our compliance team reviews the organisation and the credentials you submitted. A person makes the decision; nothing is approved automatically. You receive an email when the review is complete, and you can keep ordering with consumer pricing in the meantime.

Enter the credentials your organisation actually holds, along with the jurisdiction that issued them and the licence number. We do not publish a fixed list, because what is appropriate differs by state and province and we would rather review what you have than turn you away on a technicality. We may ask for a supporting document.

Account pricing and any contract prices negotiated for your organisation, quantity break pricing, quotes, purchase-order numbers on your orders, tax-exemption certificate handling, and access to products that are restricted to verified professionals.

Yes. An organisation can have multiple members, each with their own sign-in, in a buyer, approver or administrator role. Orders, addresses and pricing are shared by the organisation rather than tied to one person.

Not at the moment. Orders are paid at checkout. The account model already carries payment terms, so invoicing can be enabled later without changing how your account works.

We contact you before the expiry date. If a credential lapses, professional pricing and restricted products are paused until a current credential is on file; your account, order history and saved lists are untouched.
